I do some public speaking; ranging from community to technical stuff.

I also do some teaching.

Who I am not -

Mark Terranova - The head of Sun's Microsoft Interoperability Group. I have been mistakenly linked as this guy. It's easy to understand the confusion. He is in Silicon Valley; only a few miles south of my location.

Mark Terranova - The Bassist. He owns mark-terranova.com. In my opinion he is the coolest MT. I would like to see if he will write a MT theme song.

Mark Terranova - The owner of the markterranova.com. Works at an auto dealership.

Mark Terranova  - Chief Development Officer Recently for KIPP Baltimore.  KIPP operates public schools in Baltimore City that lead students from low socioeconomic backgrounds and a diversity of skill levels to attend and succeed in four-year colleges.

* High Expectations – all students are expected to achieve and go to college.
* More Time on Task – students attend school  a lot. daily for at least 9.25 hours,  6.5 hours for three weeks in the summer, and  3.5 hours on Saturdays.

* Power to Lead – the school has the power to staff, budget, and teach according to the students’ needs.
* Focus on Results – They measure success based on actual student achievements, and how many  graduate from college.

He also has worked with UMBC and the Shriver Center. He has really helped Build leaders in the community. He was also part of a National Science Foundation Award in 2008.

Mark Terranova - In Kansas is a pretty good golfer; he has done very well in some tournaments.
